If you are using an older version of nService, when you change the product of an asset, the change may not be saved, if the user field is blank.
We posted a new build of version 4.13 today that fixed the problem. Please upgrade according to the instructions on http://avensoft.com/helpdesk/Article/ArtDetailPage.aspx?artID=148.
